MEET SIERRA
HIIII YOU!
A lover of Sunshine, coffee, and all things travel. I am married to my best-friend, Alan-David. We both love to travel and did I mention, he’s a pilot?? We did long distance for a time while we pursued our dreams. However, while he was pursuing his, I was questioning mine. Fast forward to when I received my first DSLR camera in college in 2016. Any chance I had, I would take my roomies grad pictures. I carried my little camera everywhere. A whole degree later, I felt God pulling at my heart and planting a seed. In the midst of graduating, looking for jobs, and planning a wedding, I was feeling unfulfilled. Something felt off about the career path I had chosen for myself. It wasn’t until after my wedding in 2019, when I felt this pull towards pursuing photography full-time. What if I could combine all the things I love? Photograph love stories, meet new people, be in the sun, travel, drink coffee?? What if I could live out the cliché saying “Love what you do and never have to work a day in your life”?? The life I had planned took an unexpected turn, and now I am very passionate about my job and have never felt more alive.
Hi you, I am so lucky and blessed you made it all the way here. Wondering if we will vibe and be a good fit?? Well, lets get to know one another. I’M SIERRA. The girl living by a leap of faith. The self-taught photographer who is ready to serve those SUNSHINE LOVERS and those sweet purpose-filled stories. I’ve always had a passion for serving others, being creative, and dreaming big. I think I always knew there was this creative spirit in me waiting to come out, I just didn’t know it would be photography. YUP. You read that right. Photography was not in my plan, and that’s the beauty in the unplanned.

If you don’t find me with coffee in my hand, something is up. My favorite thing to do anytime I travel is search high and low for local coffee shops.

I have a rescued cat named Louie. A shih-tzu named Nash. And new to the Family, a golden doodle named Coast (I have basically been manifesting a doodle for a while) Special thanks to my husband.
ANIMALS
Did I mention my husband is a pilot?? YES YES. I love traveling. We both do. The best thing about our careers is the fact it allows us to do just that all while following our dreams.
TRAVELING
I am forever obsessed with New York. There is something about the views that bring so much happiness and inspiration. The beach, though, will always be a place I call home. I can be anywhere with an ocean and feel right at home.
THE BEACH & THE CITY
lighting a candle, playing my favorite song, cooking with my person, laughing with my friends, house projects in my little 70’s home, reminiscing on memories, hopeless romantic movies while it rains in the background.. It is these moments I want to soak in every little thing including small and big.
